RFP for Selection of Transaction Advisors for upgradation of APTDC Hotels and other APTDC Facilities

APTDC is planning to upgrade their hotels, resorts and restaurants to meet the present day expectations of the tourists.  The up gradation is to focus on, both, improvement in services and facilities. The aim is that all the major properties should reach good budget hotel standards and in some cases 3 Star standards.


In this regard, APTDC would like to appoint Transaction Advisors to handhold APTDC in achieving the above tasks with professional inputs as per the prevailing laws and practices of the State and Country.
